You have a coin graded by a very iffy grading service. They are not known for being very reliable in their grading. A dealer would need to see it to see if it really is MS-65. If it is then value is around $160 but if it is only MS-64 the value drop's to $48. It goes way down in lower grades.

always maintain that the value of an item is what someone else is willing to pay for it.

eBay has a function where you can search completed auctions to see what similar items sold for.

If you are going to sell it - via auction, for example, I always recommend the lowest price you are willing to part with the item for.
